To simplify, it sounds like as long as
1) they only use 1 broker per day
2) no purchases withing 30 minutes of close
3) they don't overpay of buy more than 25% the days volume
Then they don't have to report the buyback immediately or through an 8k but can wait until the next 10Q / 10K to disclose and report.
correct? If so sounds GREAT!!!
