How are they going to reduce shares? The company cant buyback without filing/registering and then they must provide windows to do so.
Has IR provided any insight on the actual mechanics of the buyback or just the theory?
Big increase in OS since EOY 2015. Be nice to see them get uner 1BB but they cant do so without filing.
