I also think it's a matter of pride because CTIX expects big things for Kevetrin and they don't see a listing as an OTC-BB as compatible to the grand stature that Kevetrin is going to bring this company.  It's like the NY Yankees staying in the old stadium instead of moving into a modern, more desirable ballpark that enhances the fan experience.  I'm sure they will move when it's appropriate for shareholder value since they own 79% of the shares so they won't uplist too soon imo.  CTIX management is beyond sharp!
