ARWR up 8% on news that they are going to collaborate with Amgen to try ARWR's stuff for heart disease. Amgen is giving them 35 million up front, then milestone payments and "single digit royalties" if a drug is approved.
Not sure how this would compare in phase etc. to any of CTIX's drugs. But anyway that's the kind of deal for a risky unproven strategy that Big Pharma is willing to offer.
