$NTEK with no current information I would say the Float is 600 Million or so as the the bid volume is  out doing the ask volume 3 to 1 ratio , Yes if the sellers are smart they will understand this is a breakout looking chart , but has come off the .0005 bottom here and has failed at.0018 before in November, thanks for sharing and will put it on my platform
