Exactly. Those have to be cleaned out and replaced repeatedly leaving windows open for the pps to climb. The buying pressure to make that happen is very close, but clearly not unleashed today. I checked at 20 min. into trading this morning and still saw ZERO volume, and still not a lot of volume after nearly an hour.

Anyone thinking of asking for a "ball park" estimate on when that buying pressure will begin really needs to look up the definition of long term investment, and realize that very close doesn't mean .32 in the next two weeks.
