We can politely disagree. The GOAL has never been a buyout for LEO and Dr Menon. The goal as reiterated by LEO time and time again is to maximize shareholder value (of which he and Dr Menon are the biggest). LEO has stated  his plan is to uplist to Nasdaq, it is the avenue to larger institutional investments, the OTC will only take you so far. The value of the company grows exponentially the longer LEO can "hold out" selling, he has said between Phase 2-3 trials for Kevetrin. Shareholder value will increase the most on an "exchange" while we wait. LEO has also said the potential value of CTIX is $10-$12 billion, he will not sell at $10, unless Kevetrin is an utter failure and the only thing he has is Prurisol (not likely.)
