I dont understand the emphasis everyone puts on David Foley? If the president of my company died tomorrow, business would presume as normal. If there are so many eggs in the David Foley basket that no one else at the company has the authority to make decisions or sign PO's, then we are in a lot of trouble. Forget him and his release dates, that shouldn't even be a problem. Honestly, I dont have a lot of faith in someone who is in prison in the first place, and I dont think leaders of major companies and potential partners would either.
