i started documenting too late to save one massively targeted OTC company
(2007 - 2009 death throes) .. but it was the start of my *insatiable* curiosity
and it's why i spent a good part of 2009 and early 2010 on the phone with
both the sec and Finra .. i despise the SEC in total .. no entity can be that
stupid .. which tells me they are corrupt and/or complicit .. oddly enough
i have a wee bit of respect for FINRA .. because they have done something
the sec is incapable of .. they have collated into one easily digestible platform
both what the MMs/ECNs *report* for factual activity Monthly and of course
daily reg sho %s *reported* (which have long since been perverted) on PTOI
i think the last time the sec's *legal* short data on PTOI was *factual* was
about 2014 ~

but you are correct .. imo *CEs' achilles' heel* is documentation

and it exists *there* (oh the ironies) since March 2010 on PTOI
