According to the statement from Michael Welch the 10K will be basically the same information but related to fiscal year 2016 versus the complete company history.
The information that is contained in the Amended Form 10 filing is more extensive and somewhat repetitive with the Form 10-K, which was due on September 28, and it contains the same June 30, 2016 and 2015 audited financial statements.
