I like all of those, except I want settlement rather than a trial. The reasons being-

1. The whole SEC thing is a distraction, most probably holding back of slew of positive announcements and possible buy-ins.

2. I am skeptical that, if there were some massive conspiracy against JBI from a tricky hedge fund, they would have covered their own asses sufficiently, that, if it did go to trial , we would not be able to discover who they were anyway. After all, a trial is possibly what they were hoping for wasn't it?
