Right cc8 All the Q reports past have shown NTEK is very
close to break even (little loss or little gain) even with all
their start up costs, But what they needed with this years
RECAP was enough FUNDING to really do it right when
it comes to the next ALIST CONTENT contract and deployment
of 4K+HDR.

I still believe IF they get an ALIST CONTENT contract
+ get 4K+HDR deployed by Black Friday, with all the
platforms UF is on now they will get UF to 1M users
quickly with decent marketing
and that will be the level they can sustain growth
with very minimal dilution going forward.

So we'll see OCT is going to be a critical month to see
if they can get going on all this.
