Paritz and Company ARE the PUPPETMASTERS when it comes to the 10K AUDITED ANNUAL FILING.
It is up to Paritz and Company to release the 10K Annual Report when they are satisfied that everything is in order.
Based on yesterday's Form D filings it is obvious they are hard at work dotting the "i's" and crossing the "t's" on this important financial document.
Hopefully they will get it all completed today but, if they are not able they will file a NT-10K and buy a few more days to complete the filing.
Paritz and Company is NOT going to risk losing their Auditor Certification for the sake of getting the document out by the deadline.
