I'm worried recent and remaining dilution is being spent on restructuring preparation. End of Q3 is the the best time to do it. I pray we make it through this week to some new government fiscal year next week. Not uncommon for companies to make a big partnering push at the end of things so when they face a judge they can say they tried. LOI will have NDA and they don't have to discuss anything that happened. Often times, you can find buddy companies to "have" these discussions with you to make them look legit. Very important management gets out alive. And I imagine if he can, GC wants to hold on to MANF somehow. All speculative, hardly matters at this point anyway. We long ago reached the point of do or die.
