Same shit. Different day. People bringing up these "issues" when it isn't necessary.
Just relax and see what comes. Like others have said the 10-Ks have been out there for a while. They've delayed stuff in the past, although not recently, but don't be surprised if it happens.
It's terribly frustrating, but what else can we do? What you do is not buy any more shares until management straightens things out on a consistent basis. That builds shareholder confidence.
