Does BlackBerry (BBRY) Have a Future?
BlackBerry , that was recognized as one of the giants in the mobile industry, has hit hard times. Following a massive loss, the company has finally announced that it will stop making its iconic phones, ending a historic run that started some 15 years ago. The company now shifts its focus to software business.
The latest quarterly report is quite disappointing as revenue from software and services segment was down. This again raises a doubt on whether there is a demand for this segment? Also its CFO James is quitting the company. Nothing impressive that makes me want to add this stock to my portfolio.
