NITE, CDEL, and CSTI have a total of almost 20k shares on the bid at 1.28. They're trying to pull the price down there.
BUT:
there is very little supply above that. Only 3000 shares from 1.31-1.33. Next supply is 1.50.
Somebody may be a little worried if they are actually trying to cover, and no one is willing to panic-sell to them.
