Not sure why my post was dissapointing. I predicted green closes and it happened. I didn't predict filings. And my opinion is, and always has been, they are not the be all and end all here. They will come in due course. In the interim TALK is moving forward and that's the exciting side.

Once the legalities are finished and some kind of "news" is released this will run even harder.

As I have always said this is not your standard play, don't check it everyday, TALK is taking care of business behind the scenes and within the parameters of the law.
