How could it make it better? Where do you think the heat will magically disappear to? All the fan does is move the heat away from the power supply, you can't change the physics of it. The company itself even states the transfer less LED are limited to 80 watts and you can find 100 video on YT that show how to build small wattage transfer less LED arrays.

As for "cold light" its pretty simple and common. All it means is the LED is set up to not produce the light spectrum colours that cause the greatest amount of heat but that make it only applicable to certain instanced of usage.
