Several years ago Knight Capital nearly collapsed and had to come up with nearly 500 million to keep afloat. I fondly remember that day and was hoping they fail but sadly one of the brokerage houses loaned them money to stay afloat. In my opinion, they area crooked and complicit in much of the rampant naked short selling.
