Well that's just a f*cking shame right? The rule of law is too high a standard for SOME in the public.
If it was a political figure you supported would you throw out the 'too high standard' in favor of the lower standard?
Fortunately, for all of us, we all don't have to risk life and fortune to the publics' opinion, without the public prosecutor and a public or private defender in......COURT.
I never cease to be amazed at the lack of regard for the Constitution and Bill of Rights, as applied to others, by those who lose their shit when they think those docs are being violated against their interests.
