Alan, all of this is just total BS to let these POS's to get away with this, Small fines and slap on the wrist is all they get. Sounds like SEC is right in bed with them and are just as appeasing the public while investors see their savings go down the road. This is a securities issue and there should be jail time. The only way this will change is if there is interest in high levels of government to change this. I wonder if there is an interest group out there who might take this on? If not, might there be an opportunity for this to come to fruition? Too many people losing money due to fraud.
