Shitty for us we don't own any of the changes to the property or building as those are leasehold improvement and they belong to the land not to the entity that leases the building/property. The only thing we would own is if there was actual growing equipment in there and possibly the safe as its a trade fixture and is part of our operations/business. Everything else is now owned by the land title.
