It would be interesting for me to know whom it is the longs think are naked shorting the company. Who are these powerful but suicidal shorts, naked or otherwise, who supposedly create all of the sell volume, driving the price down to as low as $0.02, knowing that PTOI is on the cusp of selling processors for $2.5m a pop and becoming a billion dollar company?? Are there that many people who are trying to commit financial suicide??

For market manipulation, the onus there is on the longs. If market makers or others manipulated PTOI's share price to a fraction of where it should be then it means those manipulators fooled all of the longs here...because the longs aren't bidding the price up to where it supposedly should be even though volume is at a trickle. I do hear longs complaining that the share price should be much higher because it was manipulated down...but nobody is putting their money where their mouth is. Longs simply don't see any credible reason to believe PTOI's current share price is deeply discounted from where it should be. Shares are hanging there on the ask for $0.05 for anyone who wants those 'cheap' shares but nobody wants them for even that price, let alone much higher prices.
