The Order mentioned Kyle specifically. What you posted mentioned Spartan, not Micah.
Item 5 in the Order I linked said Kyle "willfully aided and abetted" a barred person.
No someone at Spartan may have did something wrong. Did the FULL RELEASE mention such a person?

BTW.....Kyle was fined $57K, so the suggestion it was minor is laughable.
