A moronic flipper undercut the ask with 3M at .0006 - then changed his mind and moved up to .0007. So 15M there now - the more flippers that taken out the better as they won't be able to get back in if momentum is maintained.
Most not flipping from .0005 - as evidenced by the very low ask compared to the loading already for year end financials.
