over the weekend .. i asked xena to do a chart on PTOI .. because imo what
we are seeing for the most part are longs' legit picks (mostly .. but not all .. at bid)
that are working against CEs' ability to *reset* for the next round up (imo they
need to show *trades* between 04 and 045 but that option may be taken out
of their hands based) ..
