Couple notes.

I think this is to secure the Phentermine supply for the capsules. Wonder if we will see a PR indicating a resolution or just a launch. I would expect a PR on resolution since they PR'd the delay.

I think Novel may occur in January for tax reasons. Not sure on how it work for them but depending on the deal I can see many advantages to waiting for this big writeoffs. Again, not positive and if someone has better knowledge of the process please chime in.
