I emailed otcmarkets.com and asked if RMHB is fully reporting. The reply came back as a "yes", they are fully reporting to the SEC. I know it still shows "pink" with the ticker but I believe roger stated that the $10,000 annual fee needs to be paid for the company to be registered in the OTCQB.
I'm not sure if that is the whole story or not or the status of paying that fee.
