IMHO, Rosen will not cave and try to settle for specific amounts at least until they read Sullivan's response. I agree with Grotty that Ctix will likely not receive more than recompense for legal fees and time spent AT THIS STAGE. Will be thrilled if it is more. Rosen would be a fool to appeal if fees are the only compensation to CTIX. Though I'd like to see all the Rosen people disbarred.
