There is no proposal to create a 50% tax bracket, but maybe there should be!
You talk about job killing bat shit, but neither her hubby nor Obama have the jack-shit job creation record of the guy who came between their Administrations!
And of course zero 'real' economists believe in that supply-side bat shit tax policy for either creating jobs or reducing deficits and debt.
