The people reviewing them have probably either retired or died from old age.
CT said a while back before the final review update that Teco had paid accountants in advance to prepare the financials but they took the money and ran.
I do not believe that story nor was there a police report filed, etc ...
I prefer to hear the dog ate it, that is more realistic.
