Agreed.....
Most of those similar suits never make it to the light of day in OTC....the SEC is bombarded with complaints daily from disgruntled OTC players...rarely does one live or to fruition...

With the removal of Sullivan....and I would speculate the "cooperation" from Delgado....that seems to be a non issue as of now...you never know...but Ive been in enough OTC "plays" that were shut down to see the writing on the wall before hand....Im comfortable trading this ticker now...and the last 12 months....
HYPE needs to turn into some form of transparent reality soon....
