The Audited Form 10K Annual Report is due late next week. If a company would be late in the filing (I am mentioning this for educational purposes) a NT10K would be filed allowing a short extension in time.
The Form 10-12G/A filed on August 15th presents pretty much the same information. The only difference would be the gap in time between the two filings.
On the upcoming Form 10K There will be a summary of 4th. quarter performance and of course a totaling of all the 2016 fiscal years performance (June 30, 2015 - June 30th 2016).
If you have read the Form 10-12G/A you pretty much know what to expect on next weeks filing.
The filing of Form 10K will have completed all of the filing requirements set forth by OTCmarkets.com and therefore we will see the change from OTC Pink current to OTCQB current.
