From the dates, I am guessing perhaps James did not anticipate a 3 month response time in getting a trademark approved. I can forgive that. Hopefully this means product is ready to go at any moment's notice. Or they are firing up the machines right now. Possibly they had to wait for an approval to even print the image on cans.
