My criteria for grading was based on
flavor profile and tenderness. I tried to use the same technique as drinking craft beer. ( That was I tried to finish a bag before sampling the next....trying to get the flavor profile). My rule of thumb with beer is you have to try it three times in succession. Reason being is your taste buds pick up something different the more they are exposed to it and the beer/food opens up.
Heat is just in the tlh and voodoo, so I really didn't factor it in.
The first couple bites of the Memphis I thought were good, but as I ate my first bag and now on my second, the BBQ Tangyness and dry rub flavor/mesquite is really coming through.
I can say that 7-8¡are homeruns....the coca nut was the dud. I'd order all again and heavy on the Memphis,T.L.H,Sake,Bourbon Steak, Pepper ....salt and peppa style...
