I'm still a little confused. I completely understand about the difference between EIA and BTL. Two separate parts of TPAC. But you mentioned that the EIA was based off the BTL revenue. Does the EIA contract depend in any way shape or form on the BTL revenue coming through or are they completely independent?

I'm assuming from what others have stated that they are not linked at all.
