I suppose that the reason we haven't gotten any substantial news is because nothing can materially happen until the audit is finished and fins updated. I think KJ never imagined it could take this long so he just figured it wouldn't be an issue at this point in time. Well now everything is looking a bit flimsy and his double talk tweets is just kind of a lame stalling ploy. I would rather he just tell everyone he is under a self imposed gag until the Audit is finished. It has occurred to me that perhaps there is a gag rule until the Audit is finished but I don't know the law there. He hasn't even come out and said the Fins are at the auditor. Rather some lame tweet about meeting with his CFO and Attorneys which I took to mean the CFO sighed off on the updated financials and turned them in but who knows KJ just doesn't communicate worth a hill of beans. AWKWARD.
