Correct. I will be surprised if the Judge imposes sanctions. I'm not a Lawyer so I don't really know what she can do. She may refer it to the Board of Ethics or some other regulatory body.
I would like to see them punished but it's just a distraction to me.
More important that CTIX succeeds and people who need these drugs get them and we make a boatload of money. Meantime I keep nibbling away at these price levels accumulating an out sized position.
