They would not so much be "turning the company around", since they're definitely heading in the right direction already.
No, what they'd be doing in this case would be much more accurately described as accelerating the brand to the point of achieving net profit, and accelerating it quickly with non toxic capital.
That'll bring the company to it's target with minimal dilution, and eventually knock the debt down. All much faster than possible using conventional means.
