The acquisition by Mrs. Li's group IMO allow the Chinese to bring the beverage labels they have in China into the United States. RMHB would then have profitable operations and make the company very attractive for big soda to acquire. A 3.5 million dollar acquisition with a few profitable additions to bolster the bottom line would then become a 50 million dollar company. RMHB could easily be walked onto a major NASDAQ exchange making it even more attractive.

It's a no brainer investment for the Chines a few million makes a 10 fold return...
