Joel in your email you stated , (So people who still have the stock can do whatever they want to. ) I would like someone to buy 50 mill of my shares that I have had for sale . I'm guessing since you can't mine here , Ghana must be very profitable by now since you stated you were renting all that equipment from the Chinese. So with all the money coming in how about the company buy all the outstanding shares that are out there . Only around 10 % of the company is out there as of today .Should be a very small chunk of change to make investors who want to get out happy and also investors who want to stay , happy. Lowering the total shares would be a sign your on the right path . That's my solution of doing whatever I want ,but I can't do what I want to do and that is to sell a lot of my shares unless your buying them because no one else is . Consider it a sign of good faith to prove to your shareholder ghanas for real and you have been making money for the last year .
