Is there verifiable proof that the patent application was abandoned, withdrawn, or denied? I haven't seen any. The "proof" that I have seen is what has been posted on that other board. I'll believe it when I hear from the company.
Yes, I know GTRQ is non-reporting. No reason has been given so I cannot say why it is so. There could be many reasons, both good and bad.
I am patent holder. The patent process is very slow and complicated. I was not involved much in the legal nitty-gritty since I was part of the research team. I do know that by the time a patent is allowed you tend to forget what the patent covered or you just haven't thought about it in a long time.
