This is just incorrect.
Show me the last annual meeting for Avant. There is none because they have the votes to act by written consent. Then the file an information statement. Same goes for MINE.
And the same holds true for AMBS.
I'm not saying they shouldn't have an annual meeting. I am saying they don't have too.
