What I see as the biggest problem for NTEK during FY 2016 resulting in several dilutions was the revenue shortfall. They reported they expected 70 million in sales and achieved 17 million. Ultraflix didn't get on the platform boxes and was not promoted due to lack of marketing funds. Most revenue was from 4K Studios. Going forward into FY 2017, 4K Studios is being expanded and hopefully a concerted effort to push Ultraflix to the forefront of public awareness. Revenue has got to increase dramatically to effect the pps or ntek will continue to languish sub-penny.
