NTEK kept the 2 settlements made earlier in the year hidden from shareholders and it all now makes sense with the monthly payments why all the dilution. Bashers would like you to believe that the dilution was for insider enrichment but NTEK was actually paying off debt. It is what it is and hopefully with the recap plan they can get this toxic debt behind them.
