Maybe the shm and proxy as been canceled like last time. Who knows.
My focus is on the JV, as anything else really doesn't matter at this point. If the JV falls apart, maybe no need for a rs vote. If the JV decides to buy the whole shooting match, maybe no need for a proxy.
As a courtesy for people attending the shm, they should let people know now whether it's going to take place so they can make or cancel travel arrangement accordingly.
