So - how much time does preparing this kind of deal take? What is estimate of when ctix initiated this process? What is guess (I know not really pertinent but fun to postulate) of milestone (if any) that had to be met for them to get the deal? Dependent on at least initial evidence of lack of toxicity? Or would more known properties of Prurisol alone be enough to obtain this?
