It appears that the BTL contract for $13.5 million per year is being channeled into the MRVB account for investment purposes. The 300% ROI of $40.5 million would be the net gain for the year (I'm assuming 2017) according to a previous explanation on the potential of the MRVB but it will be interesting to see if somehow a portion or all of that can be utilized before the end of this year. The other message regarding the exit point of the MRVB stock and the continuing rise of the pps is a little cryptic.

Anybody know if the MRVB can be viewed as a ticker on an exchange?
