Great development and great news for us longs. I think you summed up my thoughts nicely. This is a great deal for CTIX, and gives them leverage at the negotiating table with big pharma. And i agree, i think aspire saw something in their DD that made them realize they had to agree to this. Will be interesting to see how we open, but regardless if we do dip a bit, it will all be irrelevant soon enough when the next trial PR hits.

I am thinking we hold steady, as Jeff posted with that other company that had a similar agreement, SP stayed steady after the announcement. it will be a mixture of those who sell because of irrational fear of dilution, and those who buy in as they now have more confidence to buy in knowing the company has funds to move forward on all fronts.
